I think they are trying but they are really sparsely staffed After my last trip When I put a complaint in about the MGM Grand rooms and hallways being reefer madness amongst other things, I did get a call and an email from the head of guest services. I will say to find a new host I got on the VIP line and waited for a very long time and the gal put a message into the host office. I think you have to ask them to get you a host that you can work with. He calls me rather than email and I like that. I have another trip booked in 2 weeks and he took care of everything upgraded my room from Salon suite to Bellagio suite for my birthday. Maybe ask for a new host and explain to them what's going on that's what I did and ever since then I've had no problems. Not a great loss for me as I thought he was meh. New policy!! Yay!! They furloughed my last host. I had a similar experience in June trying to rebook for July but since then I've gotten a new host and I can book with him at any mlife property.
